Support Group & Events

These support group and events are provided by our community partners, but does not reflect an exhaustive list of all grief support options. If you do not find what you are looking for, please connect with a Helpline volunteer via phone or email and they will help identify grief supports that may fit your needs.


Pacific Centre Family Services Association (PCFSA) is launching a West Shore Based Drop-In Support Group for folks who have lost a loved one to suicide. The group is free, open to anyone age 19+, and facilitated by experienced mental health practitioners.


When: 3rd Tuesday of every month starting Sept 20th

Time: 6pm-8pm

Where: #200-324 Goldstream Ave.

A group for those bereaved from a sudden, traumatic death, that is private and confidential, where we develop compassion for ourselves, our deceased loved ones, and their diversity. We may explore systemic bias. A weekly, 2 hour group on Zoom for 8-12 weeks.
